15 leads per month for fintech platform SquareFi: how to find clients in crypto

I'm sharing another fresh case study from the world of Fintech.
Our client is fintech platform SquareFi. Their product is a complex solution for business: issuance of branded cards, multi-currency accounts, integration with cryptocurrencies. The task is to find clients in Crypto niche: crypto wallets, crypto exchanges. Result to date - 32 leads, including deals with large companies, enteprise.
🎯 Key Insights:
1. Targeting the “hottest” leads at industry events (ICE Barcelona, SIGMA, Affiliate): Automated outreach in conference web applications, which allowed to book 10 meetings in 2 days.
2. Industry sources: To get the most out of the segment, we used niche websites and resources, and even outreached in Bybit!
3. Outreach on Telegram for crypto exchanges: Exchanges live on Telegram. We parsed BestChange and similar sites, converted the names to Telegram nicknames and launched campaigns through our custom toolkits.
⚙️ How we worked:
- Multi-stage CA search: Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, SmartLead, Octoparse, proprietary parsers, AI.
- Data enrichment: Search for emails and other contact information via waterfall.
- Multi-channel outreach: Email, LinkedIn, Telegram, web conferencing apps.
- Personalization with AI: Automated data cleansing, name translation and language detection (to write in leads' native language).

- Look for customers where they are: Go beyond LinkedIn and databases.
- Automate your routine: Use tools and AI.
- Adapt to the specifics of the niche: Crypto is a special world.
